Photography is my passion and I live to capture those "pause button" moments in your life.  Growing up in a big family, and especially now that I have a family of my own, I always have a camera in hand to capture those precious and fun curve balls that life likes to throw. I have captured everything from newborns to weddings, and just about anything in between! So for all of the moments in life where you want to hit the "pause button" so that you can capture a moment in time forever, hire me.

Who am I?

 

My name is Sara Hawley, and I am the proud photographer behind the lens at Sara Jane Photography. I have been a photographer for over 5 years now, but have just recently decided to take the leap into becoming a full-time professional photographer. It's been my dream and my passion since receiving my first disposable camera back in the 90's as a child. I reside in the North Huntingdon, PA area with my loving husband, beautiful baby boy, and my four furry children.

 

I photograph everything...people, places, events, pets, things...because put simply, life just goes by too quickly. Have you ever experienced something (like a wedding or a vacation or a proposal) that just went by too fast, and by the time it was over you felt like you didn't get to witness everything? I hate that feeling. That's why I photograph. To keep those precious moments forever, in a series of images, that when viewed bring back all of the love and excitement and emotion from that particular moment in time.
